Shipping policy

US store items’ shipping rates are based on weight and size. Orders ship within 1-2 weeks. Once shipped they typically arrive in a few business days via UPS or USPS. 

We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incomplete address, mail forwarding, incorrect address, improper parcel receptacle, etc. To make a second attempt for returned packages, customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees.

As a courtesy, local pick up is an option at checkout. To schedule a pickup date and time email me at youradoorablehome@gmail.com. Pickup is located in Lincoln, NE or Ashland, NE by appointment only.
